The hotel is in a convenient location for shoppers, with beautiful design throughout. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a fantastic reception team that goes out of their way to assist guests. The rooms are well-equipped, featuring amenities like a free minibar and good cosmetics in the bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a great selection of unique Japanese whiskies at the bar on the 20th floor. the hotel offers a fitness room and a tasty breakfast with both Japanese and Western options.
The bed, although having an additional mat, was too hard for some guests.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious hotel! the exclusive amenities and exceptional service made us feel pampered. the room was stunning and offered exclusive advantages that we loved, such as a private balcony and high-quality linens. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and unwind after a busy day exploring. the restaurant also offered a delicious in-room breakfast with a variety of options.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a spa or wellness center. Although the massage services offered were great, we would have appreciated the opportunity to fully relax and rejuvenate with a full body massage or other spa treatments.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the Metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked minibar that was replenished daily and a bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower, perfect for relaxation. The staff provided really good service, making us feel comfortable and always eager to help. The hotel had a stylish mid-century modern decor with perfect lighting and decor, creating a pleasant ambiance.

The location of Aoyama Grand was perfect for exploring Tokyo, with a short walk to the Ginza line that takes you everywhere you need to go. The service at the hotel was really good, with the staff always eager to help and make us feel comfortable. The hotel had a beautiful mid-century inspired decor, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. The breakfast offered a combination of made-to-order dishes and a buffet, providing a good variety of options. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.
